The Certified Interpretive Guide course will take your programs to the next level! Highly interactive and discussion based, this program is designed for anyone in the interpretive field whether at parks, zoos & aquariums, museums, DMCs or tour operators and will give you new skills whether you are a total newbie or a veteran guide.

The Certified Interpretive Host course is designed for anyone who interacts with the public, but doesn't deliver live programs.  Focusing on customer service and the basics of purposeful communication, it empowers all public facing team members with skills to care for visitors and enhance the overall experience.

Both programs created by the National Association for Interpretation and all trainers are NAI Certified Interpretive Trainers and Certified Interpretive Guide Trainers.
